These Terms and Conditions of use of the online store www.storys.md are applicable to orders for the purchase of products/services offered by the company Azamet Plus SRL through the website.

Before using the site, we recommend that you carefully read the presented Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to make changes to these provisions without prior notice.

1. General provisions

This site is owned by Azamet Plus SRL. When placing an order in the online store, the Buyer accepts the Terms and Conditions of sale of goods/products and/or provision of services, which are based on the legislation of the Republic of Moldova (hereinafter – Terms and Conditions) presented below.

The use of the website www.storys.md implies the acceptance of the Terms and Conditions proposed by Azamet Plus SRL, in accordance with Law no. 284/2004 on Electronic Commerce. The relationship between the buyer and the seller is established on the basis of Law no. 105/2003 on Consumer Protection and other regulatory acts adopted in accordance with it.

The Seller reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions, and the Buyer is obliged to monitor the changes.

2. Personal data protection

By using the site www.storys.md, you automatically agree to the collection and processing of personal data, which are necessary for the processing/confirmation/execution of orders.

Personal data is processed only for legitimate purposes, such as providing the products you order, promotions, google analytics, cookies and notifications/newsletter.

All information containing personal data is stored and used only for the period necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected and in accordance with the provisions established by Law no. 133/2011 on the protection of personal data.

We use commercial security measures to prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the proper use of information on the site. Data transmission over the Internet or wireless network cannot be fully protected. Therefore, like other companies, we cannot guarantee the security of the information that the Buyer provides, so the Buyer will do this at his own risk.

3. Placing an order and payment

Payment for orders is possible by bank card - upon receipt of the order you will receive a tax receipt that will confirm the payment.

Online payment is made in conditions of maximum security using a bank card as a payment instrument, which allows online transactions. After payment you will receive a payment confirmation to your email address.

The payment processor uses a secure system based on the latest version of the 3D-Secure security standard, which means a new global approach to authenticating buyers in secure online transactions. This security measure involves redirecting the user when making a payment to a secure maib page where the authentication of each cardholder is done by assigning a one-time code for each online transaction.

Refunds are made only to the payment card that was used for purchase.

To make a payment, you will need to enter your bank card details. The transfer of this information is carried out in accordance with all necessary security measures. The information is transmitted in encrypted form and is stored only on a specialized server of the payment system.

The following data will be requested for payment:

• Card number (16 digits)
• Expiry date (month and year)
• CVC or CVV code (3 digits)
• Name and surname on the payment card

All payments are processed in the national currency - MDL (Moldovan lei). In case the currency of the operation differs from the currency of the payment, the conversion of the amount of the operation is carried out according to the exchange rate for card operations on the day of settlement of the issuing bank.

4. Delivery of products / goods / services

4.1. Working hours

The delivery service is available daily, including on the official holidays of the Republic of Moldova (except for December 31, January 1 and Easter holidays). Delivery orders are accepted from 9:00 (Cahul and Comrat restaurants), from 10:00 (Ceadîr-Lunga restaurant) until 22:30.

4.2. Delivery time

The approximate delivery time ≈ 50 minutes, from the confirmation of the order by our operators. The delivery time may be extended in separate cases (for example, unfavorable weather conditions, the period of state holidays, unforeseen technical malfunctions, etc.). We will inform you if we encounter one of the situations mentioned above.

4.3. Cost

The cost of delivery is 35 MDL in the cities of Cahul, Comrat and Ceadîr-Lunga. For orders from 250 MDL, delivery is FREE in the cities of Cahul, Comrat and Ceadîr-Lunga.

4.4. Pickup

Pickup is free.

4.5. Suburb

Delivery to nearby settlements is carried out by the taxi service. The cost of delivery varies depending on the distance. For orders from 250 MDL, the restaurant provides a discount of 35 MDL for delivery.

To get information about the cost of delivery, you can contact the call center or place an order online. When placing an online order, after selecting your locality, you will see information about the cost of delivery, depending on the amount of your order. Also, you can familiarize yourself with the list of settlements to which delivery is carried out and the cost (when ordering up to / over 250 MDL) on the page ' Delivery and payment'.

When placing an order, you can specify any address for delivery - home, office or any other address. We accept only one delivery address for each order. If you need to deliver an order to different addresses, please register separate orders for each address.

Upon receipt of the products, check the integrity of the packaging, the presence of a fiscal receipt in the presence of the courier. Any subsequent claims on these issues are not accepted.

5. Right to return

Return conditions: In case the Buyer refuses the Order due to violation of the conditions for the sale of products, or in case the quality of the products does not correspond, the Buyer is obliged to notify www.storys.md by e-mail at<!-- --> zakaz.storys@gmail.com within 2 (two) hours from the moment of delivery / receipt of the order, about his refusal to receive the Order, indicating the reason and providing documentary data justifying the refusal, as well as providing documents confirming the payment of the order and requesting the replacement of the ordered products (if possible) or the return of the money paid.

Processing time for the return request: The return will be made within 7 days from the moment of payment of the order. * Note - “receipt of funds to the Client's account may take longer, depending on the account operator”.

After 2 (two) hours and in case www.storys.md has not received a notification from the Client about the refusal to receive the order and the return of the money, the order is considered fulfilled, the money for it is not subject to return.

6. Privacy Policy

In accordance with the provisions of Law No. 133/2011 on the protection of personal data, the service provider processes personal data. Personal data is processed in good faith on the basis of and in accordance with the law. The processing of personal data is carried out by mixed means (automatic and manual) in compliance with the requirements of the law and on conditions that ensure the security, confidentiality and observance of the rights of data subjects.

The provider collects and processes only personal data provided by consumers when placing an order: name, surname, phone number, address, postal address.

Personal data is used exclusively for the purpose of administering the site, to provide access to information, in particular, for the delivery of orders or to contact the consumer in order to perform the delivery. By this information, users and consumers become aware that their personal data (name, surname, phone number, address, postal address) will be processed and used. The service provider processes the personal data of users and consumers that are provided when browsing, using and registering on the www.storys.md website.

Any information provided by users and consumers of the www.storys.md website will be considered and will represent the express consent for the use of personal data by the Provider.

The Provider will not disclose to any third party any existing data without the consent of the data subjects, nor will it trade, exchange, disclose this data to other persons, with the exceptions provided by the current legislation (at the request of state bodies, legal entities, courts, also authorized to process personal data).

Personal data may be processed and used by the Provider for statistical purposes and further promotion.

The service provider complies with the requirements for the security of personal data and ensures the protection of consumer data and protects them from loss, destruction, distortion / falsification or disclosure to third parties.

The employees of the service provider are obliged to respect the confidentiality of the personal data of the consumers. The processing of personal data will be carried out by the authorized person of the Provider.

The Provider uses security methods and technologies in accordance with the current legislation.

The Provider does not collect transaction-related information such as card number, expiration date, country of origin.
